Group Fitness Training Classes:

Beginning Feb 5th, 2011: Sat 6:30 am 1 hour / Wed 5:30pm 40 minute / Thur 5:30 am 1 hour             Class times are subject to change.

Group Fitness Training:

·          GFT is an hour long group fitness class built to increase strength, endurance, range of motion and cardiovascular health.

·          Each class has various options in levels of intensity in order to accommodate virtually any level of fitness and health.

·          Various ‘stations’ are set up with different exercises. Each exercise is performed for 1-2 minutes, then everyone changes stations. After a full circuit is performed (you have completed the exercises in each station), another circuit is performed or the exercises are changed.

·          GFT classes encourage growth through ‘muscle confusion’. Muscle confusion is a technique that keeps your muscles  guessing as to their routine and helps avoid and break muscle building and weight loss plateaus.

·          Classes sizes are kept small so you can get the personal attention you need.
